Matthew at Scales plus is so easy to work with, we bought some for our school in Brisbane and one of them was faulty, I rang him on Friday for help with the scale, he tried to fix the problem over the phone but wasn't able to, so he shipped us a new one and it turned up on Monday of the next week.I am very impressed with the level of service I have received from him and will be using you in the future for any of our scale needs.

Stay away from this company. We recently purchased a $1,000+ gem tester and when it eventually arrived it was unusable having a probe that didn't fit the tester, an American power supply and no batteries (which were supposed to be included. We made numerous phone calls, all of which went straight to message bank and wrote numerous emails requesting either new accessories, a replacement item or, finally, for our money back. We got ZERO response from Scales Plus. Eventually, today, we wrote off the purchase price as a loss and arranged to purchase the item from a local supplier. This is a totally unprofessional company who have no regard for customers once the money is in their bank. Buy items from Scales Plus at your peril.
